These terms govern your use of Admiral, a paid-ads management product operated by 4UGUSTA Systems Private Limited, Gaya, Bihar, India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using meetadmiral.com you agree to them.
The service
Admiral connects to the advertising accounts you authorize (such as Google Ads and Meta Ads) and, where you turn them on, to your Google Merchant Center feed, your YouTube channel, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, your Meta lead forms and your CRM. It reads performance, drafts campaigns, ads, images, short videos and landing pages, answers questions by text or voice, and applies changes only when you approve them or under rules you delegate (below). Changes are logged and can be undone where the platform allows it, but we cannot guarantee an undo always restores the prior state.
Your responsibilities
- You must own or have authority over every ad account you connect.
- You are responsible for the advertising spend in your connected accounts. Admiral surfaces and applies changes you approve; budget decisions remain yours.
- Keep your login credentials secure. Actions taken from your session are attributed to you.
Approvals and automation
Nothing changes in a connected account without your explicit approval, except rules you deliberately delegate to run on their own. Delegated rules are limited to protective actions (pausing and blocking) and are capped. You can revoke a delegation at any time.
What Admiral drafts for you
Admiral uses AI to draft ads, images, videos and pages. You review each draft before it is published, and what you publish is your advertising: you are responsible for it being accurate and lawful and for it meeting the policies of each platform it runs on. As between you and us, you may use what Admiral drafts for you for any lawful purpose. AI output can resemble existing material, so we cannot promise a draft is free of anyone else’s rights.
Your leads
When you connect lead forms or a CRM, Admiral processes the names and contact details of people who answered your ads, on your instructions, only to show them to you and to send them where you choose. For that data you decide the purpose and we process it for you.
Acceptable use
Do not use Admiral to run ads that break the law or a platform’s policies, to impersonate anyone, or to contact people who have not agreed to hear from you.
Plans and prices
Prices are in US dollars. A plan’s price depends on the plan and on how much your connected accounts spend in a month, which Admiral reads from your accounts. You may choose a higher spend band than the one Admiral sees, never a lower one. What a plan includes (ad accounts, seats and monthly credits) is set by the band you pay for, as published on the pricing page. Fees do not include the advertising spend you pay to ad platforms.
Who you pay
Purchases are sold by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Its buyer terms govern the payment. These terms govern Admiral.
Renewal and cancellation
Plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel renewal at any time, and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Cancel at least 48 hours before the period ends to be certain the renewal does not go through. Refunds are described on the Refunds and cancellation page.
Trial
A new workspace starts with a 3-day trial that includes a credit allowance. No card is needed, and the trial never turns into a charge on its own.
Credits
Credits included with your plan reset on the first day of each month (UTC) and do not carry over. Need more? Buy a top-up pack. Packs are bought only when you choose to, never automatically, and pack credits do not expire with the month. Credits have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred. Deleting a workspace ends its credits; an unused pack can still be refunded within 14 days of buying it, as the Refunds and cancellation page says.
Changes to these terms
We will email you at least 14 days before any change to what you pay or to what Admiral may do in your accounts. Changes never apply retroactively.
Disclaimers
- Admiral is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee advertising results, savings, or uninterrupted availability.
- Ad platforms may change or restrict their APIs at any time; features that depend on them may degrade accordingly.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Our films
The guides who present our films, such as Mary and Aditi, are presenters made with video software. They are not employees of Admiral and do not portray real people. Product data in a film is a demo unless the film says it shows a customer account published with permission.
Termination
You can stop using Admiral and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms. On termination we delete your stored data within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gaya, Bihar, India.
