Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Admiral, a paid-ads management product operated by 4UGUSTA Systems Private Limited, Gaya, Bihar, India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using meetadmiral.com you agree to them.

The service

Admiral connects to advertising accounts you authorize (such as Google Ads and Meta Ads) and, where you enable them, related Google surfaces — your Merchant Center product feed for Shopping and your YouTube channel for Video ads. It analyzes performance, generates ad creative on your behalf, proposes fixes, and — only with your approval — applies changes to those accounts. Changes are logged and revertible, but reverts depend on the platform accepting them; we cannot guarantee a revert always restores the prior state.

Your responsibilities

• You must own or have authority over every ad account you connect.
• You are responsible for the advertising spend in your connected accounts. Admiral surfaces and applies changes you approve; budget decisions remain yours.
• Keep your login credentials secure. Actions taken from your session are attributed to you.

Approvals and automation

Nothing changes in a connected account without your explicit approval, except rules you deliberately delegate to run on their own. Delegated rules are limited to protective actions (pausing and blocking) and are capped. You can revoke a delegation at any time.

Fees

Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. Fees do not include the advertising spend you pay to ad platforms. We may change pricing with advance notice; changes never apply retroactively.

Disclaimers

• Admiral is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee advertising results, savings, or uninterrupted availability.
• Ad platforms may change or restrict their APIs at any time; features that depend on them may degrade accordingly.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Admiral and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms. On termination we delete your stored data within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gaya, Bihar, India.
