The manifesto · six slides

Your marketing agency, in your palm.

Where small-business ad money goes, what it has cost to fix, and what software can now do about it with you still in charge.

  1. 1 · The trend, with a number

People are not searching for ad software. They are searching for someone to run their ads.

In India, the twelve plain phrases for “run my Google ads” draw about 6,630 searches a month; the ten phrases for “ad management software” draw 120. Google Keyword Planner, exact terms, August 2026.

The want is not a dashboard. It is the work: the plan, the campaign, the ads, the weekly look at what leaked.

  2. 2 · The old way, and what it costs

An agency retainer, or a tool you run yourself at night.

Retainers in India run ₹8,000 to ₹50,000 a month, and most established agencies also take 15% of spend. Below about ₹20,000 of monthly spend the retainer cannot pay for itself, so the smallest advertisers get the least attention.

The other road is a tool: three dashboards, a keyword planner, a search-terms report you must remember to open. The work is yours; only the invoice moved.

  3. 3 · The new way

The agency’s work, done by software, approved by you.

A marketing agency in your palm: Admiral reads your business, plans and builds your Google and Meta ads, and asks you before anything spends.

It reads your website and your market before it asks for an ad account. It drafts the campaign, the images, the landing page. It checks the tracking, sends itself a test enquiry to prove one reaches your inbox, creates the campaign paused, and turns it on only when you say so. Every change leaves a receipt, and every reversible one has an undo.

  4. 4 · Proof, with a name

QRCodeStack: 40% of one month’s spend was leaking.

In the thirty days before the audit, QRCodeStack spent ₹87,049 on Google Ads. Admiral found ₹34,800 of it on search terms that had never converted and on Search Partners and Display placements that brought traffic and nothing else.

After the approved fixes, cost per verified activation fell from ₹1,642 to ₹980. The full story, with permission.

  5. 5 · What to do this month

    Four things, in this order.

    1. Open your search-terms report and block what has spent without a single enquiry.
    2. Turn Search Partners and Display expansion off on every Search campaign.
    3. Put conversion tracking on the page your ads land on, before another rupee is spent.
    4. Write one page for the search people type most, so the click lands on the thing it asked for.
  6. 6 · The offer

Start with the free audit. Nothing changes until you click.

Connect a Google or Meta account and Admiral runs its 26 checks for free. Plans start at $49 a month, priced by what you spend on ads (Under $3,000 · $3,000–$10,000 · $10,000–$50,000), with a monthly allowance of credits for the work Admiral does. No retainer, no percentage of spend.
