Watch it find, fix, and write the receipt

A receipt = what changed, in writing — with its Undo button attached.

Nothing on this page is a mock-up. The film below is the real product; the framed figures are worked examples and say so.

What it leaves behind

Every change, with the undo already written

Admiral stores how to reverse a change before it makes it. That is why undo is on every row and not just the easy ones — and why a change Google or Meta made behind your back shows up here too.

It is also what your client report is made of, so the month-end answer to “what did you actually do?” writes itself.

Conversion tracking

If it isn’t counted, it didn’t happen

Admiral creates the conversion action for you, then names the landing page your tag is missing from.

And it can put the tag there for you — through Tag Manager, your WordPress site, FTP, or a pull request against your repo. Google’s own Site Kit places a tag and stops; this is the half that finishes the job.

What it won’t claim: that your conversions definitely work. A page scan proves the tag is there, and nothing more. And the install is on accounts we manage today — self-serve is waiting on Google’s review and the plugin listing.

No campaigns yet

Start from your website, not a blank screen

Paste your URL. Admiral reads the site — and your product feed, if you have one — and drafts the campaign for whichever account you connected: a Google Search campaign, keywords and all; a Demand Gen, Display, or Performance Max campaign, its asset group and creative generated on-brand; a Video campaign, its clip uploaded to YouTube unlisted; a Shopping campaign built from your Merchant Center feed; or a Meta campaign with its objective, audience, and creative.

  • Edit the keywords or audience, the copy, the budget.
  • Generate the ad image or video right in the flow.
  • Bring a product feed and it builds the Shopping campaign.
  • Dry-run it against the platform before it exists.
  • It lands paused. You press play.

Every format Google runs

Search was only the first ship

The same spine that launches and audits a Search campaign now runs the rest of the fleet — Demand Gen, Display, Performance Max, and the two newest arrivals: Video and Shopping. One approval queue, one receipt with an undo, whatever the format.

Video

Admiral generates the clip, uploads it to your YouTube channel unlisted, and runs it as a Video campaign — only its video ID ever touches your ads.

Shopping

Connect your Merchant Center and Admiral builds the Shopping campaign from the feed — then audits it: disapproved products, dead product groups, a stale feed.

Google + Meta

One verdict across both channels

Pair two campaigns and Admiral settles it on one money axis. Move the budget in a single action, with a single receipt.

Meta accounts bring their own audit: pixel and optimisation goals, the placement split, creative fatigue — each finding priced from your history, each fix a receipt.

Cost per conversion · last 28 daysExample
Google AdsCheaper812₹640/day
Meta1,547₹360/day
Move ₹150/day from Meta to GoogleShift budget

One action, one receipt. If the second leg fails, the first reverts itself.

Three rules that stop a false winner

  • A channel not tracking conversions can never win.
  • The clock starts at first delivery on both sides.
  • Zero conversions means infinite cost, never cheap.

Enforced in the evaluator, not in the marketing.

Creative studio

Now it makes the creative, too

Admiral already flags the ad that has gone stale. Now it generates the replacement — on-brand images, and short videos, read from your site or a logo you upload, for whichever account you connected.

On Meta it attaches straight to the ad — closing a loop the audit could only half-finish, no longer just naming the tired creative but handing you a fresh one to test. On Google the image lands in your account’s asset library; Search ads are text, so there’s no ad to pin it to yet.

New, and rolling out account by account. Every workspace gets a set number of generations a month — enough to sharpen the creative, never enough to run up a bill.

Under the hood

The models are the best there are. The judgement is ours.

Admiral doesn’t train its own image or video models — it stands on the frontier ones and does the part that’s actually hard: reading your brand, writing the brief, keeping the result on-brand, and putting it on the right ad with a receipt and a one-click undo.

The keys stay ours — a generation is a call Admiral makes on your behalf, not another account you have to wire up — and your ad data is never used to train anyone’s model.

What it looks for

26 checks run on every sync

Across Google Search, Demand Gen, Display, Performance Max, Video and Shopping — and Meta. Where it says “Admiral can fix it”, the fix is one click and can be undone; where it doesn’t, Admiral tells you and stops.

  • One-click fix

Search terms that spend and never convert

Finds the actual searches people typed that cost money and produced nothing, and blocks them.

Adds them as negative keywords. Undo is one click too.

  • One-click fix

Keywords with nothing to show for the money

Keywords that have spent well past what a conversion normally costs on this account, with no conversions.

Pauses the keyword. Undo is one click too.

  • One-click fix

Ad sets set to convert that never do

A Meta ad set whose goal is conversions, that has spent real money and driven none — only ever flagged once the account actually tracks conversions, so a missing pixel never reads as a true zero.

Pauses the ad set. Undo is one click too.

  • One-click fix

    Expensive keywords Google rates badly

Keywords with a low quality score that are still taking spend — you pay a penalty on every click for these.

Pauses the keyword. Undo is one click too.

  • One-click fix

Ads leaking onto search partners and the Display network

A search campaign quietly opted into partner sites and Display, which is on by default and rarely wanted.

Turns the extra networks off. Undo is one click too.

  • One-click fix

Paying for people who aren't in your area

Location targeting set to anyone who shows 'interest' in your area rather than people actually in it — Google's default, and the reason for a lot of foreign clicks.

Restricts targeting to presence. Undo is one click too.

Talk

Say it out loud.
In your own language.

Press the mic in the rail — or the round button at the bottom of your phone — and ask. Admiral answers in whatever language you speak, and follows you if you switch mid-sentence. You never set it.

It can act, too: pause a keyword, block a wasted search, stop a disapproved ad. Every one of them shows the same confirm card a tap would — a spoken yes never applies on its own.

    Managed accounts

“Managed accounts” means exactly that: writing to your website is gated harder than changing an ad, so today it runs on accounts we manage for you. Self-serve access follows Google’s review of the Tag Manager scopes and the WordPress plugin listing. LinkedIn rides the same contract — a connector swap, not a rewrite.
